Herschede Hall Clock Company for Tiffany & Co. 9 tube Westminster and Wittington chime tall case clock with 3 vile mercury pendulum circa 1915 with a Georgian style case and arched bonnet. Mahogany case with large beveled glass panels. Herschede pattern number 145. The full length door is flanked by columns. Gold plated and ornately chased dial stamped 'Tiffany & Co.' with Arabic numerals, hours, subsidiary seconds and moon phase. There is a painted face and sailing ships above phases of the moon, 9 tubular chimes and 3 vile mercury pendulum (mercury not present). Westminister and Whittington chimes, Elite model brass movement stamped Germany. Measures 100"H x 29"W x 18"D. Condition report: mercury not present and minor scratches, movement is running.
